Mr. Wilmoth joined Coro in 2019 as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, Mr. Wilmoth is responsible for the operations of assigned portfolio properties, strategic repositioning of existing assets, managing new acquisition and development projects, and investor relations. Mr. Wilmoth also serves as a legal resource for Coro and its operations, and manages relationships with outside legal counsel. Prior to joining Coro, Mr. Wilmoth practiced in the commercial real estate development group at the law firm of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. Mr. Wilmoth received a B.A. in European History from Washington and Lee University, and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Georgia Law Review.

Mr. Ludwig has over 35 years of experience in the building industry that has spanned architectural practice, general contracting, real estate development and project management. Mr. Ludwig, as a Registered Architect and Certified Construction Manager, is uniquely qualified to direct and manage professionals in all types of commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects. He is experienced in working with clients, project teams and industry professionals to develop a win-win team approach to any kind of commercial construction project and in organizing projects for success. Mr. Ludwig received both a B.S. and Master’s in Architecture from Georgia Tech.

Mrs. Joseph started Coro Realty Advisors in October of 2015 as Senior Regional Property Manager.  She was promoted to Vice President of Asset Management in 2019.  In this position, she oversees the property management department and is a key liaison with ownerships.  Mrs. Joseph has over 25 years of experience in the property management field, working in both publicly and privately held organizations.  She earned her Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Information Systems from Loyola University New Orleans.  Mrs. Joseph is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
