Mr. Buchhierl, a German citizen and resident joined Coro as Partner on January 1st, 2018. He started his US real estate business in 1992 as a consultant for a German family office, Bavin Group. Mr. Buchhierl is responsible for the general oversight and execution of investment strategies. As an industry veteran, Mr. Buchhierl is experienced in working closely with partners and on-site management teams. He has overseen and conducted US investment transactions of approximately $500 million in total and is currently serving on several real estate advisory boards.  Mr. Buchhierl is a graduate of the Savings Bank Business School of the state of Bavaria, where he earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance and Economy.

Mr. Cooper has over 35 years of experience in the shopping center industry, including in the areas of leasing, asset management, and property management. Prior to joining Coro in 2008, Mr. Cooper was previously associated with Ronus Properties and CNM Associates, as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Mr. Cooper was also associated with Trammell Crow Company, were he served as Director of Property Management for the “Festival” shopping center developments in Atlanta. Mr. Cooper is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Development.

Mr. Fransen serves as Coro’s President. In this capacity, he is responsible for CORO's acquisitions, dispositions and financing activities, as well as overseeing its strategy and investment management. From 2010 to 2017, Mr. Fransen served as Coro’s Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining CORO in 2010, Mr. Fransen was President, North American Operations of the Slokker Group, headquartered in Washington, DC. There he oversaw commercial, residential and specialty properties in 13 U.S states and Canadian provinces. Mr. Fransen previously served as legal counsel at Baker Botts LLP and Battle Fowler LLP. Mr. Fransen received a B.A. from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Ms. Pearlberg has over 30 years experience in Commercial Real Estate, having worked in Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family and Land Investments.  She oversees Coro’s asset management and law-related responsibilities, including, defining ownership structures, legal drafting and documentation, zoning, financing, development, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. Ms. Pearlberg has worked in positions with many high-profile companies, including Regency Centers, Branch Properties, L.P., Trammell Crow Residential and Post Properties. She received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Georgia, an M.B.A in Finance from Kennesaw State University and a J.D. from Georgia State University, graduating with honors in each instance. Ms. Pearlberg is also an adjunct professor at GSU College of Law, having taught Real Estate Transactions for the past 14 years.

Mr. Lundeen has over 40 years experience in real estate.  In 1997, Mr. Lundeen, along with Joachim Herz, founded Coro Realty Advisors, LLC.  Mr. Lundeen served as its President and Managing Partner from 1997 to 2017. From 1975 to 1997, Mr. Lundeen was employed by Branch Properties, L.P. ultimately rising to Executive Vice President and General Partner. Mr. Lundeen received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from George State University. He is an active member in International Council of Shopping Centers, Commercial Board of Realtors, holds a Georgia Brokers License and has been designated a Counselor of Real Estate by the National Board of Realtors.
