The 148,020 SF mixed-use project is anchored by Pier One, Sports Authority, Vail Valley Medical, The Nest and Wells Fargo. Coro Realty purchased Chapel Square in 2005 from Lehman Brothers as a value-add property. At that time of Coro Realty’s purchase, the property was 74% occupied. Coro Realty completed various marketing and physical improvements and re-tenanted the property. Chapel Square is currently 100% occupied.
