Atlanta - Coro Realty Advisors, LLC announces the execution of a 17,050 square foot lease with ALDI at Riverstone Mill Shopping Center, located at 553 Riverstone Parkway, Canton, Georgia. ALDI will occupy the space previously leased to Bodyplex. ALDI will join Dollar Tree to anchor the shopping center.

Coro Realty intends to commence upgrading the property’s exterior, including site improvements, tenant relocations and partial demolition of an outparcel to improve visibility, in the late fourth quarter of 2013. ADLI’s renovations are planned to commence in the first quarter of 2014.
