Mr. Hans Buchhierl (Hans) is a seasoned real estate investment executive with more than three decades of experience in U.S. and international investment strategy, transaction execution, and asset oversight.
Hans, a German citizen and resident, joined Coro as a Partner on January 1, 2018.
He began his U.S. real estate career in 1992 as a consultant to a Munich-based German family office and closed his first Atlanta real estate investment on Peachtree Road in 1993. In 2003, Hans was appointed President and CEO of a second Germany-based single-family office, where he served until 2020. He was responsible for the general oversight and execution of investment strategies in Germany, Switzerland, the United States, and Canada.
As an industry veteran, Hans has extensive experience working closely with sponsors, partners, and on-site management teams. He takes a hands-on approach and has overseen and executed U.S. investment transactions totaling approximately $800 million.
Hans is a graduate of the Savings Bank Business School of the State of Bavaria, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics.
