Mr. Grozine joined Coro in 2022 as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, Mr. Grozine is responsible for the operations of assigned portfolio properties, strategic repositioning of existing assets, managing new acquisition and development projects, and investor relations. Prior to joining Coro, Mr. Grozine worked with Lincoln Property Company as a Sr. Portfolio manager leading their retail division, working closely with ownership groups and overseeing the retail management teams. Mr. Grozine received a B.A. in Economics from The University of Georgia, and an M.B.A. from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
