Adam Holland is a senior leader at Coro Realty, where he oversees operations for a diverse portfolio of assets, spearheads the strategic repositioning of properties, leads ground-up development initiatives, manages new acquisitions, and cultivates investor relationships. He focuses on the development and operational success of Class A multi-story climate-controlled self-storage facilities, structured parking decks, and shallow bay industrial properties.
Since joining Coro in 2007, Mr. Holland has amassed over 18 years of commercial real estate experience spanning multiple sectors, including retail, industrial, self-storage, structured parking, medical office, and affordable housing. His broad expertise enables him to drive value across the full asset lifecycle — from entitlement and development to stabilization and disposition.
In addition to his operational leadership, Mr. Holland co-leads CORO Cares, the firm’s community outreach initiative, reflecting his commitment to corporate responsibility and local engagement.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kennesaw State University.
