Ashford Dunwoody is a primary connector between the destination retail to the north (including Perimeter Mall, approximately 2.5 miles north) and Brookhaven (an upper middle class residential area) to the south. Johnson’s Ferry is one of the primary connectors between Sandy Springs (an established residential area to the west) and the office, flex and light industrial employment centers to the east. All of these areas are within a few miles of the site.
Oglethorpe Crossing is adjacent to the Peachtree Golf Club, one of the most prestigious clubs in Atlanta. It is 3.5 miles from Buckhead.
