Ms. Pearlberg has over 20 years experience in Commercial Real Estate, having worked in the areas of Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family and Land Investments. Her experience encompasses Property Management responsibilities, as well as Asset Management, Financing, Development, Leasing, Acquisitions, and Dispositions. Ms. Pearlberg has worked in positions with many high-profile companies, including Regency Centers, Branch Properties, L.P., Trammell Crow Residential and Post Properties. She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Georgia, her MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University and her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University.
