Mr. Schreck joined CORO Realty Advisors, LLC in November of 2005. He is responsible for the supervision of all daily financial activities including account receivable, accounts payable, financial statement preparation, financial budgeting and forecasting for clients' needs. Mr. Schreck is also responsible for financial partnership reporting, managing financial tax aspects of the investments and overseeing the information technology of the company. Prior to joining CORO, he was employed by Worthing Southeast Corporation for 6 years and for Lease Lend Real Estate Investment for 10 years prior to that. Mr. Schreck is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor's degree in accounting from St. John's University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Georgia Society of CPA's.
